This offer is good for existing home purchases only. We will pay up to $2500 in seller closing costs on homes above $250K. This comes in the form of a lender credit at closing when "buyer paying closing costs" is part of the contract.

Your offer must be accepted by the seller and go under contract by June 1, 2022. It only runs during the month of May, so no time to wait in writing up those offers.
