Borrow through First Colony Mortgage

Your buyers must use First Colony Mortgage for their loan on the new property. It is a little bit obvious, but had to be said. With their pre-qualification you will also know how much they will qualify for before they fall in love with a house. So really that helps you.

This offer is good for existing home purchases only. We will pay up to $2500 in seller closing costs on homes above $250K. This comes in the form of a lender credit at closing when "buyer paying closing costs" is part of the contract.
